Mrs. Jaquez's PHYsical Education Class
Introduction Welcome to Distance Learning AGAIN! Although the start 2nd quarter is not exactly how we have always envisioned, our goal as a department is to adapt and continue our Physical Education classes to help each student “strive to be the best that he or she can be.” We believe that taking part in activities, trying to learn and grow, and improve, is far more important than how far the ball is thrown or how fast the race is run or how many games a team wins.. As we get started on our journey through this unique school year, we as a Physical Education Department understand some of the challenges that it will bring to you as students and to us as teachers. Just like most sport games, it will not always be perfect, but if we work together and demonstrate core character traits, we will be successful. Together though we will get through it!!
When we return to live classes
The plan is to come back to school live Nov. 16th in cohorts, but we all have to be flexible and go with the flow. Once we do return to school student’s will not have access to the PE locker rooms so they need to come prepared and wear proper PE clothing and shoes on the days they are in person.
